My personal mission is to connect the learner experience with overall employee experience.  Employees who feel empowered to learn are more engaged within the workplace leading to better business results. In my volunteer role through the Association of Talent Development Dallas Chapter I helped to start the New to Talent Development Meetup which provides resources for professionals new to the field of Talent Development.

I am especially passionate about Talent Development and how it can positively impact an organization.  I believe that everyone can be a leader and should get the proper development.
